If you need to send a product in for repair, please first call our Support Line to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then download and complete this RMA form. NOTE:You MUST return the completed RMA form WITH the product AND have a VALID RMA number.
This CodecManager software will identify and configure any QVidium Codecs, or other equipment running QVidium software, on the same subnet. QVidiumCodecManager-4.jar QVidiumCodecManager-7.msi
The MSI file only installs on a Windows PC. The JAR file requires Java Run Time 7u67 for later.
